Our Training Experience consists of a two-month virtual training that takes participants through daily readings and weekly "Call-to-Actions" capped off by a Weekend Gathering. This Weekend Gathering will allow participants to put their two-month training into action through facility tours, guest speakers, Bible studies, sporting events, a service project, and much more!

The training is designed to equip young professionals with the tools to live out their purpose, implement spiritual disciplines, share their faith, and get plugged into the local church.

We have lead 21 mission trips to 8 different countries and 2 different states within the United States.  These trips have been fully-funded for our participants and are focused on development through service and spiritual growth.

These trips typically range from 2-3 weeks and consist of serving & loving kids in the area through sports camps. We are will learn how to evangelize & engage with different cultures.

We believe serving the community around us is a great way to show the love of Christ.  If our members are interested in a service project, we supply them with a box of materials they can pack and give out to those in need.

These boxes are designed to serve the homeless population with items such as deodorant, a toothbrush & toothpaste, snacks, the New Testament, and more!

We believe conferences are a great way to learn and develop.  We love bringing our members to professional and spiritual conferences around the country including Passion Conference, Daniel Summit, and ADs for Christ.

Sports is an industry of many events!  These are great for experiencing the best of the sport industry and networking with top professionals.  You'll often see our staff and members at different sporting events including the Final Fours and Super Bowl.

We are a family!  Our members experience so much together and are able to build authentic relationships founded on faith.  Our new member platform, USG Connect, allows for our network and sport industry leaders to connect from all across the country.
